Studied in the disciplines of classical cuisine, our founder envisioned Cowboy Chowboy over 30 years ago as a celebration of comfort food inspired by the rich ingredients, bold flavors, and timeless cooking traditions of the Desert Southwest. Blending these influences with a love for Cowboy and Campfire culture from Arizona, New Mexico, and Texas, Cowboy Chowboy brings warmth and local flavor to the modern kitchen. At our heart is the original green chili cheddar cornbread with honey jalapeño butter- a unique creation that inspired our journey.
